Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are not accepting returns at this time. All bears are hand inspected for defects prior to being shipped, however, in the case of a defective bear, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss replacement options.

Although shipping times may vary based on unforseen delays on the shippers end, we try to have all orders shipped within 24-48 hours, and will always send you a tracking number so you can stay updated on your status!

On the inside of the plush opening we have a sewn in pouch with a locking zip tie closure. This allows for ease when stuffing along with a secure tie off. We then use a seamless Velcro seal on the outside of all plush animals so you can visibly see the closure area. No sewing required!

We recommend hand washing your furry friends with a warm wash cloth and gentle soap. We do not recommend machine washing your stuffed animals, however, if you do decide to machine wash your stuffed animal, make sure to insert your animal into a pillowcase or delicates bag on the gentle cycle at a low temperature.

Heartstrings was created in 2019, however, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, events were postponed until 2022.
