The various species of mammoth were commonly equipped with long, curved tusks and, in northern species, a covering of long hair! They lived from the Pliocene epoch (from around 5 million years ago) into the Holocene at about 4,000 years ago, and various species lived in Africa, Europe, Asia, and North America. The Columbian mammoth is a species of mammoth that inhabited both North and South America during the Pleistocene epoch. This furry mammoth is 16" and can be purchased pre-stuffed for immediate play, or unstuffed for a fun craft experience! Please note this plush does have button eyes that may be a choking hazard for younger kids. We recommend this plush for ages 3 and up.
